Rumors are that “West Wing” producer Aaron Sorkin is considering optioning The Politician to turn it into a movie. The book, by former John Edwards aide Andrew Young, with its insider look at Edwards and his affair with Rielle Hunter, would probably be boffo at the box office if adapted for the silver screen.
