Representative David R. Lewis (R-Harnett) nominated attorney Patrick Tilghman Pope. Pope is a partner in the Pope Law Group in Dunn, NC and once worked for U.S. Senator Lauch Faircloth (R-NC). Pope earned his BA in political science and history from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1995. The winning candidate will fill served the remaining portion of Wos’ term on the Board of Governors, ending June 30, 2015.
