From all those petition-signing “scientists” who aren’t climatologists but anthropologists, sociologists, psychologists, etc., we know that any discrete weather event in a particular location is actually proof of global warming. But the precise cause of the warming has yet to be pinned down. So what’s to blame for today’s excessive heat warning from the National Weather Service?
A. Random albeit seasonal interaction of the late-July sun with atmospheric patterns that are likely to change soon
B. Cars idling in Triangle traffic because the Triangle still doesn’t have a Glorious New One-Way Rail System like it should 
C. Nuclear power and corporate pollution because we’re so selfish we don’t care that we’re harming children 245 generations from now
D. Other high-dollar generators of hot air
