This article from The News & Observer of Raleigh states that when President Bush uses the words “shared values” that his constituents know that he is really talking about… evangelical Christianity. (wink, wink!!)
Aside from the author assuming some sort of right wing conspiracy masked in a cloak of linguistics and the Shroud of Turin, when was it decided that morals were only the foray of evangelical Christians?
