Why Does The Federal Government Want People To Be Dependent?

The federal food stamp program — known as SNAP — is encouraging people to sign up for taxpayer-funded benefits. The feds are not just seeking to make sure the truly needy  are helped, they’re actively ENCOURAGING people who may not need the assistance to sign up anyway.
