I should have explained why the text appears to be moving in my blog below (see “So, were CBS’s experts the O.J. jury?.)
What I linked was an animated .gif file that toggles back and forth between the “original” Bush “CYA” documents being peddled as factual by CBS and the text of those documents entered into Microsoft Word under all the standard defaults.
