The wonderful thing about the past few months is that suddenly Congress is exposed for the inept, inefficient, arrogant and elitist institution that, frankly, it has been for several generations. The scales have fallen from previously distracted voters’ eyes, and suddenly they see that our members of Congress are wearing very little in the way of apparel.

Here’s just one of what could the thousands of examples of why a wholesale housecleaning is in order. What Congress in its right mind could pass such legislation? Where was the concern about the federal government overstepping its bounds, being over its head, sticking its nose where it doesn’t belong? Remember all of that when you go to the polls in November.
