Meet Delonte Brooks, 20, the man given a citation for indecent exposure after library staff said they caught him having sex on the third floor of the $42m. ImaginOn in Uptown. As WBTV noted, Brooks has an arrest record — but also an October 2010 conviction for shoplifting. After that conviction Brooks was arrested twice more in December — once for felony robbery, according to county jail records.
Brooks was in jail until March 8th on a probation violation as a result — and evidently still awaiting trial on the felony robbery charge, along with two charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
