Following up on last night’s WBTV report on Shea Roseboro, state corrections records indicate that Shea Anthony Roseboro, 20, was convicted of felony drug charges in July 2006 and given three years probation. His lengthy arrest record indicates an arrest in 2007 for violating probation. Yet Roseboro was repeatedly turned loose by the Mecklenburg County criminal justice (sic) system in the ensuing years, even after arrests on felony charges.
Why wasn’t his probation revoked?
