Black did not take the stand before Dever sent the jury home early.
Black, whose legislative and campaign activities are the focus of state
and federal investigations, threw his hands in the air when asked
whether he would testify today.
“I don’t know, it’s all kind of fuzzy,” said Black, a Mecklenburg County Democrat.
Keep in mind, Black is an optometrist that tried to
pass a special bill requiring kids not to have FUZZY eyesight in public
schools.
