Now it is Col. William H. Parrish, a former U.S. Marine Corps commander and federal homeland security official, who has resigned as co-director of the VCU Public Safety Institute. I think that makes seven top administrators who have resigned entirely or left their posts in the wake of the investigation into the BA degree awarded to current CMPD Chief Rodney Monroe.
One last head’s up to the guys and gals on Charlotte city council: Stop smoking whatever it is Curt Walton and Mac McCarley are fronting and realize that VCU is steps away from pulling the BA degree from your hire who — per your policy — must have a BA degree.
