Seems like we go through this every year — the International Home Furnishings Market is going on in High Point and the headlines are about…… the Las Vegas market.
It’s one thing to run a series on the fledgling Vegas market during the High Point market, as the N&R did several years ago, but it’s another to take a survey conducted by Vegas’ World Market Center, “released to have maximum impact on this week’s High Point Market,” and just throw it above the fold in the local section. Pretty sorry, if you ask me.
