What? Huh? That is only 2 percent of the estimated cost of running the 11-miles out to Phil “Yada Yada” DuBois’ operation? And the city of Charlotte will by itself spend at least $21m. in non-half cent funded infrastructure projects along the NE corridor in the next few years? Oh, and there is still no sign that the state of North Carolina has the $190m. to $200m. it is expected to put towards the train line?
