On yesterday’s Bill LuMaye show on NewsTalk 680 WPTF, House Minority Leader Paul Stam (R-Wake) debated Rep. Ty Harrell (D-Wake) over House Bill 88, the Healthy Youth Act. The bill pushes what is called comprehensive sex education in North Carolina public schools.
