For fiscal year 2013-2014, Small Business Centers across the state hosted more than 3,900 entrepreneurship training events with more than 46,600 attendees. These centers counseled over 5,700 clients. As a result, 1,769 jobs were created, 1,116 jobs were retained and 616 businesses were started.
