Do people have a right to defend themselves? Well, no. That right is not natural, but it is a privilege bestowed by government. Remember, the Constitution is obsolete. The mighty abstraction of government looks down on its sniveling subjects asking rhetorically, “Who made whom?”

Now that that’s settled, when exactly may the sniveling subjects attempt to defend themselves? Well, that is merely a matter of whether their local governing board determines they are in a park or a recreational facility.

Simple.
