The N&R reports that the Guilford County Board of Elections is still looking for Kirk Perkins, uh, Kurt Perkins, uh, Kirk Newell, uh, Kirt Perkins, to show up for work as Soil and Water Supervisor.
The N&R first reported that Perkins, who was elected supervisor in November election, has failed to claim his office. But evidently they’re ceding the investigative work to the Rhino, which dis some checking into Perkins, or whatever his name is.
