Well, after $174 million spent on the ObamaCare website, the site was down as Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified before a U.S. House committee today.

HHS officials said HealthCare.gov was expected to be back up Wednesday morning, but at 2:45 p.m., users were still greeted by a page with the message “The system is down at the moment.”

That’s right — $174 million later, it still doesn’t work. By the way, what could they possibly have spent $174 million on?
