David M. Stover is the former executive vice president of Maupin Travel in Raleigh.
Mr. Stover serves as the treasurer of the John Locke Foundation board.
He was formerly director of marketing for York Construction Company, an assistant secretary at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, marketing research manager at Northern Telecom, a corporate public affairs officer at R.J. Reynolds Industries, and a senior marketing representative at Xerox Corporation. Stover received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Richmond and his M.B.A. from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
