4. Donations, Event Registrations, and Transactions

Locke may offer refunds for foundation-sponsored events in accordance with the applicable event terms or event-specific refund policies. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, refund requests should be made in advance of the event or promptly after the event if a participant is dissatisfied.

This section applies if you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Carolina Journal, the John Locke Foundation, or another Locke-controlled program.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive promotional and marketing messages, donation solicitations, notifications, event-related messages, and customer service communications from Locke or Carolina Journal, as applicable.
