We need to bring back stocks to put arrogant civil service bureaucrats in when they engage in outrageous nonsense like this. Even when higher-ups were informed of the issue, they refused to take action, saying it was “policy” and they couldn’t intervene. Oh, and those higher ups who refused to do what was right include former Charlotte mayor Anthony Foxx, who is now the, apparently, totally incompetent U.S. Secretary of Transportation.
