Mail in Mill Spring is arriving late, and sometimes expired. Folks at the Columbus Post Office said it was a national problem. Issues started surfacing when mail began being routed through the Columbus office instead of the Mill Spring office. In order to avoid bankruptcy, the USPS wants to help customers go into bankruptcy by closing offices and delaying mail one or two days.
“If they are complaining about losing customers, why are they messing with good customers?” [Mill Spring resident and postal enthusiast Stan] Mazur said.
