With the help of research intern Guillermo Peña, Dr. Michael Sanera released a Spotlight evaluating the incomplete study commissioned by the city of Raleigh on the impact of construction. Many of the residents present at a recent public hearing on the issue of impact fees either weren’t bothered by the one-sided report, or failed to notice the missing section for “benefits” in the economic impact study. We can only hope that Michael’s study is considered before the council votes on the issue.
