Total joke —-city bureaucrats get cash on the barrelhead while homeowners take out loans. All due credit to council members Trudy Wade and Danny Thompson and Mayor Bill Knight for voting ‘no.’ I’ve been critical of Thompson and Knight in the past for not showing conservative leadership, but this vote endears me.
