Kirk Osborn, one of indicted Duke lacrosse player Reade Seligmann’s attorneys, died of a heart attack today. He was one of the good guys. Prayers to his family.

As we move toward the expected dismissal of all charges, it seems horribly unfair that he will not be able to experience the culmination of an effort to which he devoted countless hours and energy.
Unfair indeed.
