Orange County commissioners haven’t yet made up their minds about if/when to put the land transfer tax on the ballot. More discussion next week. Perhaps the more interesting piece of information in this News & Observer story is the update on how county commissions are coming down on the transfer tax question around the state. The story uses data from Orange County Manager Laura Blackmon:

Only 13 other counties have decided which option they’ll put before voters, with eight electing for a land transfer tax and five deciding on the sales tax, Blackmon said.
