HuffPo blogger Patrick Waldo had his head in some strange place that gets very little sunshine when he saw Pat Robertson talking about Hugo Chavez’ use of cocaine. Robertson mentions that his producer said that “he” uses a coca paste, but the “he” was referring to Chavez, not to Robertson’s producer.
Of course, the lefty nutroots went wild about Robertson “making light” of the use of drugs when it was a friend doing it, blah, blah, blah, but even commenters on the lefty blog realized early on that Waldo had really messed this one up.
The post went up at 1:56 p.m. yesterday. It’s now 3:31 on Feb. 19, more than 24 hours later, and still no correction by the blogger.
