Like the Duke lacrosse case, the Kathleen Peterson murder case will never really be over. Tomorrow, a formern neighbor of convicted murderer Michael Peterson plans a news conference to explain why an owl — not her husband — bludgeoned Mrs. Peterson to death. No word on whether or not the new owner of the Peterson house — a purported psychic who, in an ironic twist, says he’s never heard of the case — will be on hand.
