Convention Center, They Were Told!!!!

Former CLI Speaker Heywood Sanders spoke extensively about the cost escalations that would face Raleigh’s leaders last year. Now leaders act like they’re actually surprised about the cost escalations.

They were also warned that an attached hotel was not a necessity just as it was not in Atlanta, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach and other areas.

Let us also recall that there was no walkway included in the costs and there also were no doors on the hotel that face the convention center.

Such wonders doth ignorance bring!
