Alan Reynolds (whose columns, as I have said before, are always worth reading), here takes aim at the incredible lunacy of the recent House legislation to impose huge criminal penalties on firms guilty of “gouging.”
Evidently, just 34 members of the House had the guts to vote against this piece of imbecilic grandstanding. Can anyone find out how many members of the state’s delegation were among them?
