Seems Peter Gorman, Superintendent of Charlotte/Mecklenburg Schools, has decided students are more important than the Central Office. Actions do speak louder than words.
In a move to fill ?hard to staff? positions, central office staff will be reassigned. It is about time! I just hope these folks from the central office were not there because they were ineffective in the classroom. Time will tell – however, this is a step in the right direction!
