Remember when we were told the NC lotto would not be hard sell? Not be like other states?
Well I’m watching the Niffle game last night and up pops Howie Mandel to sell me Deal or No Deal lottery tickets for the “North Carolina education lottery.”
Super. We’ve joined just about every other state in that regard.
