I recall an Obama campaign piece from last fall that had been sent to my mother. It said that as president, Obama wouldn’t be listening to lobbyists; he’d be listening to the people. One more bit of campaign blather that we now see to be, well, fishy.
But my mother fell for it and admits to having voted for Obama. She also says she won’t make that mistake again.
