Few would argue that North Carolina is a better place to live now than it was in November 2008, when voters elected Beverly Perdue to serve as governor.

The man who ran as the Libertarian candidate, Michael Munger, recapped political developments of the past year during today’s presentation to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
