Officials say a $250,000 grant program started by Downtown Greensboro Inc. should spur investment by existing property owners or entrepreneurs who want to open a retail business in the center city.
…..Called the Retail Grant Program, the initiative can award up to $25,000 on a matching basis for any qualifying business. Each grant must create or retain two full-time jobs.
