I’ve gotten more than a few robo calls from Guilford County Schools Superintendent Mo Green —some at ungodly hours of the morning to let me know school’s been cancelled — but I haven’t gotten this one — yet:
At last week’s Guilford County Commissioner budget meeting, Commissioner Alan Branson had some strong words for Guilford County Schools.
…”They’ve started funneling robo-calls to parents to rally the troops to come out and fight the commissioners on funding,” Branson said at Thursday’s commissioner meeting. “I’ve gotten two calls from Mo Green myself to that effect.”
Commissioners will hold the budget public hearing this Thursday. Should be interesting.
