Now that Michael Harvey is in custody, the next stop is the autopsy results for Valerie Hamilton. They will confirm or dismiss a tale told by one of Harvey’s neighbors, that the death was accidental.
It is pointless to speculate what will be found. But the cause of death will determine what charges Harvey will face.
