Technically two, one each from Pat McCrory and Walter Dalton to the Associated Press on the state economy and thus the need for tax reform in North Carolina:
Pat McCrory: “Our economy is broken in North Carolina.”
Walter Dalton: “If you look at the tough economy that we face, I think a lot of it – the difficulties – were superimposed upon us.”
Pretty clear distinction there.
