In a feeble attempt to defend their busing policy, Wake County Schools is offering – wait for it – an “annotated bibliography that examines the issues of diversity and schools.”
Someone should let the compiler of the bibliography, Assistant Superintendent David Holdzkom, know that a bibliography is no substitute for, you know, actual research on the effect of the school district policy in question.
