Who is the ‘hate criminal’ when a white openly gay guy uses the “f-slur” against a black man? Especially when the black man’s Hispanic underling punches the white openly gay guy for it?
The situation is just a man-bites-dog mishmash of the societal injustices that hate-speech activists think they can rectify by applied Orwellianism (as opposed to, say, teaching the time-honored and very “diverse” Golden Rule with the understanding that some people are just jerks but speech rights should be sacrosanct in a free society).
