In the recent GOP debate, Republican Presidential hopefuls went after Barack Obama instead of each other. They commented on his lack of experience, poor foreign policy remarks, etc.

This is a smart move by the GOP. Removing Barack Obama and bolstering Hillary Clinton is the best option for having a Republican win the general election. If Hillary gets the Democrat’s nod in the primaries, Republican voters (and many independents) will come out of the woodworks to vote against her. No matter which GOP candidate is up against her (most likely Guilani or Romney), their shortfalls and misgivings will be forgiven and we will see another 4-8 years of Republicans in the White House.

Though many feel the GOP is down and out in this election, I forsee a great victory if Clinton wins the primary election.
