Haley Odell Johnson is the Development Operations Manager at the John Locke Foundation. She joined Locke in 2020 as an Operations Associate before transitioning to the development team as an Advancement Officer. She has since grown within the organization, taking on her current role overseeing development operations. She is now focused on donors, event planning, and database management. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and volunteered with Americans for Prosperity grassroots campaigns to advance liberty. Prior to her arrival at the John Locke Foundation, she worked in hospitality and in healthcare as a Pharmacy Technician. In her free time, Haley enjoys painting, reading, and playing with her orange tabby cat, Fender.
