Both always looked sunny and upbeat in public, but were ruthless in smashing those who had the temerity to disagree with their ideas for remaking the country. FDR had his lackeys harass, threaten, and prosecute opponents of the New Deal. Similarly, Obama has no qualms about the attack his minions are orchestrating against millions of average Americans who don’t want his health care “reform” shoved down their throats like a tongue depressor the size of a canoe paddle.
