Alright. Malcolm Graham is telling folks no. And he was on the short list — such that it was — for serious Democrats who might challlenge Mayor Pat McCrory. On to Plan B.
There is still several weeks before the July 6 filing period opens up, so there is time for other candidates to bubble up. Should be interesting.
