Locker Room’s Becki Gray is keeping an eye on the House floor debate over the bill crafted in the Senate to lure Apple to North Carolina.
Rep. Jonathan Rhyne (R-Lincoln) summed it up well when he said the bill would set the precedent of passing tax law “on a case-by-case basis to the highest bidder or biggest roller, not on what is good for the state and what is good public policy for all.”
