The free spirits in the Colorado town of Ridgway want to force people to vote. No kidding. Evidently these folks are big supporters of freedom — as long as you agree with their priorities. The guy behind the effort thinks forcing people to vote qualifies as a “great civics lesson in representative democracy.”
