Bank of America got an address wrong in foreclosure documents and wound up stealing a Florida vacation home from a Boston couple who had paid cash for the property five years ago.
BAC needs to cut a big, fat check and move on. And let this be an object lesson in owning vacation property in another state. You are at the mercy of incompetency.
