Activists in Durham are seeking donations to the Peace Toys for War Toys Exchange program. The program plans to hand out ‘nonviolent, creative’ toys in exchange for such violent toys as ‘toy guns, killer robots, and violent video games.’
What is even better is that the leftover ‘peace’ toys (I predict there will be a plethora) will be used by a local art class for a sculpture representing nonviolence.
