The FBI has been raiding WNC headshops.
Police — including two officers wearing masks — carried hookah pipes, bongs and boxes of evidence from the Lexington Avenue store. The pipes are not normally considered illegal. Search warrants that would describe the government’s interest in the items were not available on Monday.
