Former Greensboro Police Chief Randall Brady is asking a judge to determine whether or not the N.C. Private Protective Services Board should investigate the infamous Risk Management Associates report, which — if you remember — was former City Manager Mitchell Johnson’s justification for locking then-Police Chief David Wray out of his office, which in turn resulted in Wray’s resignation, which in turn ignited a three-year controversy surrounding the police department.
Remember when the report was released over the blogosphere —–courtesy of Greensboro City Council candidate Ben Holder, the prevailing reaction was the report was flawed and biased.
